Drum Replaceable Rings

Description

Inner and outer chain rings on the Universalbinder applier drum are now separate from the applier drum and replaceable without pulling the applier drum. Integral rings are removed and replaced with hardened and ground split rings. Existing applier drum can be reworked providing a convenient spare.
